Prefabricados Delta has been recognised by Cruz Roja for its commitment to collaborating with and supporting people in vulnerable situations through various initiatives and projects, such as the Employment Plan.

During the tribute, Cruz Roja presented a commemorative gift to thank the company for its commitment throughout 2024 and for being an example of corporate social responsibility, with a significant impact on the lives of thousands of people.

Our partnerships with the business community and other social agents multiply our humanitarian work. A good example is the Employment Plan, through which we have supported nearly 4,000 people in 2024 to overcome the obstacles that prevent them from accessing the labour market, such as young people, women in social difficulty, refugees and people over 45. Nearly 700 of these people found work thanks to Cruz Roja, and this would not have been possible without the collaboration and commitment of Cordoba-based companies.

Prefabricados Delta has taken on eight people, four of whom have gone on to join the permanent staff, thus contributing to the promotion of the integration of vulnerable people into the labour market and the company's contribution to strengthening social cohesion in the community.
