Puente Genil

The factory is located in the Puente Genil municipality, around 35 km from Córdoba, and has a total surface area of 90,000 m2 and an indoor surface area of 10,500 m2.

Pipe manufacturing

All the manufacturing lines of steel cylinder concrete pipes (pre-stressed and reinforced) are located in the industrial units. These include manufacturing areas for reinforcement and steel cylinders, as well as areas to precast concrete tubes and for additional processes such as spiral pre-stressed and coating.

Sleeper manufacturing

The current facility for manufacturing pre-stressed monoblock concrete railway sleepers comprises three units and a storage area, in which up to 2,000 units per day can be manufactured.

Regarding the control of products and processes established in the Quality System, the factory has its own laboratory in which tests are conducted on components and concrete samples. It also has a universal machine for testing ferrous products.
