Environmental Policy

Prefabricados Delta considers protection of the environment to be a priority and is fully aware of the need to work together to achieve sustainable development.

Proof of this can be seen in the implementation of the Environmental Management System UNE-EN ISO 14.001 standard, AENOR Certified CGM-00/080, which has been in place since April 2000 in all our factories.

The Environmental Policy of Prefabricados Delta is as follows:

  • Complying with regulations, laws and other applicable commitments undertaken by the Company.
  • Establishing a plan to reduce significant environmental impact.
  • Continuously improving by analysing and minimising environmental incidents which arise from the Company's activity, contamination prevention actions, waste reduction and optimisation of resource consumption.
  • Involving interested parties (clients, subcontractors and personnel) in environmental management.

Significant environmental aspects are the consumption of water and electricity, storage, hazardous substances handling and hazardous waste removed.
Regarding the latter, Prefabricados Delta generates an amount less than 10 tonnes per year.

Implementation and monitoring of Good Practice and the conduct of inspections and applicable legal measurements, make Prefabricados a company committed to the environment and improvement.

At Prefabricados Delta, and in line with this policy, we are working collaboratively with our clients where necessary.
